Hi I was wondering if anyone could give some advice. I have an Ultrabook 13.3, and all of a sudden the screen is black. Occasionally by moving the angle of the screen it does appear. It also seems sometimes despite being very dark I can see the odd thing on the desktop. It connects to an external monitor without issue. I've updated to the latest drivers, and that has not made a difference. Thanks

Hello, I installed fedora on my 2020 Razer Blade 17 pro, very happy but couple things don't work, for example night light doesn't work, also my Samsung Odyssey monitor doesn't support high refresh rate. in windows it supported it fine and it also supports it fine on an asus fedora laptop I also have. Any idea how to get these chat 2 things working?

A few days back my Razer Blade Stealth 13 lost Bluetooth option suddenly. I cannot see the Bluetooth switch/toggle in Settings and my Bluetooth devices won't connect. I am not sure what to do as I have already restarted the device multiple times. I am not sure if factor reset would help? Any suggestions are welcome.

I just got an AOC 24g2 and connected it to my Razer 15. It I noticed a delay with my mouse. I tested the delay between my monitor and laptop and the delay was about 30 millisecond delay. Is there any way to lower echatrandom this down to 1ms like the monitor is supposed to do?

I have a Razor Blade 14 (2021 Model) w/ RTX 3080. I’ve had it since about December of 2021, and I am having issues with it now. Typically I use it while connected to an external monitor. The monitor is connected through a USB-C hub, using HDMI. When I turn the computer on, the monitor automatically connects and extends the display. It was working normally for the first part of the day. I shut the computer down for a while, and when I went back to it and turned it on, the external monitor didn’t connect. This was red flag number one. I made sure all the cables were plugged in correctly, and still had the issue. I tried swapping HDMI cables, and plugging the hub into the other USB-C port on the computer. I also tried plugging the HDMI cable directly into the computer, and still nothing. I grabbed my other computer, and plugged it into the monitor, and it came on instantly. Ruling out any issues with the monitor, and the USB hub. Computer model: Razer Blade 15 (2022) - RZ09-0421 So, currently i operated a RB 15 2022 model, and i was thinking about upgrading the RAM from 32 GB to a 64 GB and i just wanted to know which RAM is the absolute best for this particular RB 15? And is it safe to do the self upgrade. Because a friend of mine had the exact same model RB 15 that i have and when he tried to self upgrade his RAM, he ended up frying his motherboard because of it. What are some of the good advices when working on the RAM and SSD that you guys know off in order to make it safe to work on with. Also, can i upgrade the SSD to a single stick 4 TB SSD or do i have to split it into (2) 2 TB sticks one for each SSD slots?

Hey guys, I bought some new low-profile rubber feet for my Blade 14 (2021) to really show off how incredibly thin this thing is while it's on a table. However to put them on I obviously have to remove the old thick ones. That's where my problem is. It's not as straight forward as peeling off the adhesive like I originally thought. Instead there's a plastic support inside that seems either glued or screwed on (?). I need some help on how to remove these feet and reveal the smooth surface underneath. If there isn't an easy or non-permanent way, does anyone know where I can buy a new backplate fit for the 2021 Blade 14? That I can either rip apart or buy without rubber on it. (Note: YES I'm aware this will have drastic effects on thermals, I'm not worried since I only use it as a 'laptop' when doing very light work (homework, research etc). When I am using it for gaming I have it propped up on a ventilated stand.) any (reasonable) suggestions help.

Hi Could I please request a BIOS for a 2020 RBA that actually allows me to make use of my hardware in the way I'd like? XMP is now disabled since v1.8 for absolutely no reason, with no warning and for ages now I've not been able to undervolt the system. This leaves me in a position where I've paid $4000+ for hardware that runs ridiculously hot and isn't as performant as it could be. If you also could fix the power over USB-C issues at the same time that would be awesome because in its current state, it's broken. There is no way to pull any more than 60W. This means the battery steadily drains when "on mains" via USB-C as it simply can't provide enough power to the laptop, and the laptop doesn't adjust clocks/voltages accordingly. Utterly pointless and broken implementation, you plug in via USB-C and the laptop dies quicker than being on battery alone. Basically - unbreak the $4000 f**king laptop and provide a BIOS that restores some control to the user who actully purchased the l

Not sure how many Blade 14" 2022 owners are out there but I'm wondering if anyone noticed something that I did. About a month ago I was prompted to perform a bios update to v2.07 which I performed without much trouble (did have to re-do Windows Hello). The weird thing that I noticed is that on the same day that I did the update, the bios update page and .exe disappeared from the Razer website. The only mention I could find referencing the bios update were these two forum threads: /razer-blade-14-2022-usb-c-display-no-longer-working-after-bios-update.86760/ /razer-blade-14-2022-rz09-0427x-bios-update-issue.86677/ I don't have any usb-c displays to test out as in that first thread I linked but I wonder whether there was an issue with the bios update to 2.07 which prompted it to be removed from the website?

Having trouble with my wolverine ultimate controller where it keeps disconnecting and I have to unplug it and plug it back in. The lights stay on but no buttons work and the xbox alert that says I need a controller pops up. Anything I can do to fix ?

Seems its time for my 3rd Razer laptop to go down with a bad battery, over the last few days I have noticed that the touch pad has become harder and hard to click, and there is a slight bulge to the case, so like my blades before this one it looks like another battery failure around the 18 month to 2 years mark. Has anyone found a reliable manufacture of replacement batteries? there are plenty on ebay and Amazon but looking for some guidance as I would rather spend a little more for a known trusted (if there is such a thing) replacement than some random that has a few stars but no real reviews. Any help appreciated.

Hi there. I have a Razer Blade 15 purchased in 2019, model number: RZ09-02887E52-R3U1. The charging port in the laptop has a broken pin and the laptop is not charging. I see I can relatively easily replace the port but I want to make sure I order the correct part. Can someone confirm the correct part number for the charging port of this laptop? Problem with my Blade 17 (mid 2021) isn't turning on by pressing the power button once , i always have to hold it for 10 secs till the led indicator blinks white and then i can press the power button to start it, but it didn't help so i contacted razer and they tried helping me but it didn't work. Hope here i will get the suitable solution. Thanks in advance!!!

Hi, Is it normal that the Blade 17 2022 sometimes discharges while plugged in. It never goes below 95% though, and when it's on 95% it recharges back to 100%. Only noticed this under heavy load in AAA games and such. Also once (but only once) I got a Synapse warning that the system is not receiving adequate power or something. I Also noticed sometimes the logo on the back randomly isn't on, while in synapse it says " static " and I never even played with different settings.. ----------- I reinstalled windows completely, only installed 3D Mark and let it run. Again the laptop turned to 98% (from 100%), plugged in. Also the illuminated light at the back went off again. I can't easily re-create this. But in Synapse it's on STATIC. If I click it off and back to static, it turns on again. (for a while) I can't seem to find any simmilar situations online.

Hi guys , i have just been slack with this issue since new. my blade 15 ( a 10875H with 3070 and a QHD 240 purchased through retail brand ) has consistently disconnected on battery. More specifically, if i am running on battery, the wifi would disconnect randomly ,and particularly if say downloading an ISO ( or consistently large file say over 40MB the issue is not reproducible when running on AC. The WIFI adapter has been uninstalled and followed all the WIFI disconnecting FAQ on RAZER's website, to no avail. The latest drivers from Intel as recommended are on the laptop, window is fully updated to 17/09/2022. supplementally , i added another 970EVO plus 2TB as the secondary drive and she is not showing it to be 2TB but rather just 1TB. Samsung's own Magician software correctly recognizes it as such and windows is showing 2TB space./ This laptop has been handled with kids gloves since new. the machine is so temperamental , that it would consistently ( thrice a week refuse to r

I have a brightness control on my keyboard and it is not changing the brightness. I've tried manually adjusting it through the settings on Windows 10, but I do not see a slider. The nightlight setting also doesn't work. All drivers are up to date and did not have this issue until I reformatted my computer. having issues getting the lights setup due to only have 3 ports and only being able to have 120 lights per port. If i could figure out what the connection that's used to attached each strip together (I know its a 3 pin something, but hopefully knows exactly what I need so I can extend the reach between light strips. If I am unable to figure that out, has anyone used 2 wireless controllers and been able to use them successfully? What i was told is that Synapse will only recognize 1 but control both?

So a while ago my secondary hard drive crapped out and i took my computer to best buy geek squad because that’s where i bought it. he said since it’s the secondary hard drive my files will mostly be saved. fast forward and i get my laptop and it’s completely wiped and he tells me they must’ve had to wipe it because it wouldn’t reformat windows correctly. well i noticed a bit later that the homescreen doesn’t have the razer background anymore and razer synapse isn’t downloaded. i re-installed it but it won’t even open. and now i notice that my battery icon isn’t even showing in the bottom right anymore. it’s like my laptop thinks it’s a regular windows computer. any way to fix this?

Just got a Blade 15 that supports the following: M.2 NVMe PCIe 3.0 slot up to 2 TB Open M.2 PCIe 3.0 x4 slot up to 4 TB One of these slots is taken by the stock drive included with the system, but I'd like to add another drive to the unused slot. Any recommendations for a drive with a profile that will fit in the system? I have a 4TB Samsung Firecuda 530 drive that won't fit in the case, so am looking for something with a smaller profile. Anyone have any particular drive make/model you know will work?

What version pcie nvme m.2 slot does the Razer Blade Stealth 13” (2019) | RZ09-0281x have? Is it 2.0 or 3.0? I am assuming it is not 4.0. I am looking to upgrade the m.2 ssd on it but don't want to over pay for a hard drive the computer can not take full advantage of. The specs on the support site for this model does not include a version. A picture is included. I am hoping the computer will be able to take full advantage of the Samsung - 970 EVO Plus 1TB Internal SSD PCIe Gen 3 x4 NVMe speeds. Thank you! :)
