So basically I got an awesome deal on a blade 17. I would have preferred a QHD 165hz option but only the 1080p 300hz was on sale at this great price. I've seen replacement screens of the QHD 165hz on ali express for about 200 quid. I'm considering a DIY upgrade when my warranty expires. I just wanted to know if this is even possible. As I say, If the QHD option was there I would have got it, but it was far more money on other machines that I could not justify the price.
Hello, I've bought a Razer Core X yesterday and ordered a new video card. I got the Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1650 OC low profile 4G. This video card doesn't have power connectors. I have looked and found nowhere that this card wouldn't work. But when i power on the Razer Core X nothing happens. the fans aren't started spinnen. Can anyone verify that this card works with the core x? with kind regards, Ruud
Hi all, I'm having a hard time finding information on how to best connect two monitors to my Blade 15 Advanced (2018 model). I want to get two 27" 4K monitors and daisy-chain them directly to the GeForce GTX 1070 (Max-Q) in the laptop (i.e., without a hub or eGPU). The first and most basic question I can't seem to find an answer to is: does the GTX 1070 support MST (Multi-Stream Transport)? It has a USB-C/Thunderbolt port with DisplayPort, but the version isn't stated anywhere that I can see, nor is there any info about MST. The MiniDP port is version 1.4, but again it doesn't say whether it supports MST or not. Hi Ever since I ordered and received my Blade 14, I have had nonstop issues. My first Blade 14 had a massive dead pixel right center of the screen. It may have been a minor issue but when you pay so much you want perfection. It also had issues with the Windows installation and drivers. Not only did it come with Windows not activated, whenever I tried to update Windows and get all my drivers, it would get stuck on the install or not allow me to update at all. And the kick to this story is, after returning my first Blade 14 because of the dead pixel, the second Blade 14 also had those issues. I have no clue how it is acceptable that both of these laptops came with Windows not activated and had almost identical issues. Both times, I had to manually activate Windows by getting the key through Command Prompt, I also had to clear the Windows Update download cache both times just to get my damn drivers and updates. Hi, I'd like to know what is happening to top of the line Razer Blade Advanced 4K, I9-11th Gen (RZ09-0409CE53-R3U1) model. It is no longer available on the Australian Razer store. After a week of emailing back and forth to support (as there is no chat for non-US / Canada buyers), I was told that the laptop is no longer manufactured or sold (!) Is this really true? A laptop released only a few months ago? Is this a global decision or a regional decision? Is there anything coming that will replace this beast of a machine in the close future? I would appreciate some clarity as the email just doesn't make sense to discontinue this machine. I was interested in buying two laptops. Cheers.
I own a razer blade 15 2019 advance model my battery bulged out after my warrenty period ended I am unsure how to contact razer support on how to buy a new battery. The major issue is I reside in India where there are no razer service centers. Right now I am using the laptop without the battery can guide me where can I purchase a new battery for the same?

I recently purchased a new Razer Blade 14 and new 34" ASUS TUF VG34VQLIB Monitor. I was able to successfully connect to the monitor using HDMI to HDMI. I wanted to connect to it using USB-C to Display Port. I understand the laptop's USB-C port is not Thunderbolt compatible, but I thought it should still allow me to connect to the monitor. Unfortunately, it will not recognize the monitor. I am using Amazon's USB-C to DisplayPort cable, which says it supports Thunderbolt. I was unable to find on Amazon, NewEgg or BestBuy a cable that supports USB-C (3.2) to DisplayPort. Please let me know if there is such a cable or if I need to change a setting either on the laptop or monitor. Thanks.

Hi, not sure if should live here or Support. I have a Razer Blade Stealth 13 2020 0310 It kept disconnecting seemingly at random maybe a couple times a day for a minute or so, from various Wifi connections/routers. On digging into drivers the Intel AX201 was using old version 21.60 despite Windows Update and via Device Manager saying that's the latest. Took what felt like a risk updating manually via Intel website to 22.80 and fingers crossed so far more stable! -- FYI others with the RBS 2020 with wifi issues, this could be worth a try --What's the holdup on that appearing in windows update? Is it risky doing that? Was hard to find a backup copy of the driver I had in place and if internet connection got borked, not sure how I'd have rolled back. Subsequently realised Intel Driver Support Assistant might be an idea after all which is giving me 2 more - a bluetooth, but also a iGPU driver update, that comes with a warning "If a newer graphics driver is available from your compute

Hello All! I've bought new Razer Book 13 few days ago. It accidentally stops with black screen and reboots regularly. I've got all updates from Windows Update, updated keyboard firmware from Synapse. Installed latest version of Intel Iris Xe, Wi-Fi and BT drivers from Intel Driver and Support Assistant. WIndows 11 updated. Unfortunately, no memory dump can be found, although memory dump saving is turned on. I've changed original ssd with Samung 980 Pro 1 Gb SSD. But problem is still here. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. Hi, Yesterday I was moving and disconnected my blade from a monitor that was connected through a DP cable while it was being shutdown. Today I was trying to turn on my blade- the fans run, face ID is working, seems to be booting up- except the screen won't turn on and is pitch black. Connecting to another monitor kinda works with an HDMI cable. Any help on trying to troubleshoot this issue is greatly appreciated. Many thanks.
Hello! On a 15" 2020 base model blade (RZ09-0328) and have been dealing with when my laptop is not plugged to power the screen is nice and bright. When I plug in the power cord the screen reloads and is much more dim & almost pink? Both the display profiles are the standard blade, and I tried to calibrate the display but it does the same thing, just with the newer screen calibration (which I eventually deleted because it didn't do much.) How can I get it so when the laptop is hooked up to power it is still max brightness/the same as unplugged? Thanks
My Raptor refuses to display at all in bios no matter if I used HDMI or DP. It even does not show the MSI logo on start up and only when the login screen is displaying does it show anything other than searching for signal. It used to work flawlessly but now I can't see anything in bios without hooking up a separate monitor. Anyone have any idea what's going on?
My Razer Blade 2016 (970m) has had its fans stuck on max since 2016. I used to be able to remedy this issue by closing Razer Synapse 2.0, which seemed to be causing the issue, but now no matter what I do I cannot get the fans to go below their maximum speed. This is not an unknown issue, I have been on several forums with people bringing this up to Razer, and Razer has refused to fix this 5 years later. At this point I see this as nothing more than negligence to their customers, and I will never be buying another Razer product again. Their support refuses to help me since my device is out of warranty, and they refuse to do anything about this glaring bug. I cannot use this laptop in class, my main purpose for getting it, so why do I even have it? I would rather game on an Mac than this thing, because then at the very least I'll be able to watch youtube without sounding like I am in a jet engine testing facility. Razer... FIX YOUR BUGS

When looking for a 64GB memory upgrade to my Razer Blade 15” Advanced (2021), I was naïvely assuming that _nominal speeds_ (i.e. those on the box or in the product description) were guaranteed defaults that may be further tuned with XMP to find the optimal timings automagically. Little did I know that my brand spanking new Blade didn't support XMP, or that the purchased upgrade kit didn't reach its nominal speed without XMP. When I reached out to support with my experience of these Ballistix running at 2666MHz instead of the advertised 3200MHz, they confirmed the first point and hinted at the second. This is the 64GB kit I used (and removed for return): I re-tested with the original modules: And, those do run at 3200MHz (albeit, only 32GB): If anyone has recommendations for a 64GB kit **confirmed** running at 3200MHz in a Blade 15 Advanced 2021 model, I'd love to hear!! UPDATE I can **confirm** that a Kingston Fury 64GB kit runs at 3200MHz in my Blade 15 Advanced 2021
