So I'm looking at making a new PC build, and I'd like to see what the community here thinks about the remaining parts or any revisions to the build you guys have in mind to help me out, since I want this build to work out as optimally as I can get it. The build itself is based entirely around the Tomahawk ITX case, as well as the Raptor 27 144Hz monitor, both from Razer, of course. These parts are absolutely non-negotiable, they're the highlights of the build. For the CPU, I was planning to go from my current Ryzen 5 3600X to the Ryzen 5 5600X, as it uses less power and has more up-to-date hardware, plus I don't think my CPU's core count is a big enough concern to go with the 7 3700X or especially the 7 5800X. For RAM, I went with G.Skill Trident Z Neo 3600MHz CL16, just a 2 x 8GB pack, since the ITX motherboards can only house two RAM slots, and anything over 16 gigs is just wildly diminishing returns for what I need from it. I have an issue with my Razer Book 13 missing key strokes when I press (most) letters near the top of the key. Anyone else have this problem? I started a support inquiry with customer service and they are offering a "repair." What would the repair be? Does the extended warranty cover battery bloating (swelling) and any damages to the laptop’s case for no cost? For example, if I were to purchase “Razer Care elite”, would that cover the repairs for replacing the bloated battery and any damages that the swelling might have caused to the laptop’s case for no costs?

Whenever I play a graphically demanding game on my Razer Blade 15 laptop, for example Rust, I can play with solid 60+ FPS for around 5-10 minutes, with my CPU usage being around 30-40% and my GPU usage at around 60-70%. I have an Intel i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz CPU, and a Nvidia GTX 1660ti GPU. After about 10 minutes, my GPU usage shoots up to 99/100% usage with the clock speed dropping to roughly 300MH and my CPU usage decreases to about 10% with normal clock speeds. My FPS now becomes 15-20. Originally, I thought it might be thermal throttling as my computer sits at around 40-60C when doing average tasks, but shoots up to 90-100C when gaming, but after reducing the power input to the CPU, there is no more thermal throttling according to XTU, but the issue still occurs. My computer is fully updated, and I have had it for about a year. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this issue?

Dear Razer Blade Users, I wanted to share a unwanted behaviour I had stumbled on. Sometimes my Razer Blade 15 Advanced suddenly switched to sleep mode and I could not explain it. I checked power settings in Windows and thought already about an defect. It drove me crazy! Then I realized, that the magnets of the iPad for holding the screen protection interferred with the sensors for the lid-closed detection of the Razer Blade. So be aware, when you put your iPad too close to your Blade. Best regards and happy gaming! Stefan

This is the first razer laptop I have {razer blade pro 17, RTX 3080}. I have a question, when I activate the CPU Boost mode, I don't get a noticeable FPS difference {except for call of duty warzone}, but I do see the CPU temperature skyrocket from high 70c to high 90c and some 100c Could someone tell me if this is normal ? when its recommended to use the CPU boost ?

Hello, I purchased a mouse and keyboard for Elder Scrolls Online. Ever since installing and using the devices I’ve had countless BSOD errors. The last time I had to completely wipe my PC and am doing so again for the second time. The strange part, when I started from scratch the first time, I did not reinstall or use any devices. I played with Logitech for months. Just last night reinstalled everything, countless BSODs again. Has anyone else experienced this? Troubleshooting tips would be appreciated!

Problem: I would love to know why my $3k plus laptop can't manage to play games without crashing. The thing can barely play old games like Half Life 2 or Dawn of War without heating up. Crisis games are crashing on low setting and COD Warzone can't finish a game without blowing up. Useless Fixes: I have already done basic fixes recommended by razer help like dialing back the gpu and other stuff. Yes, everything is up to date. I'm using a laptop cooling pad and have even played in a 60 degree room to keep the temp down. I'm cold, the laptop isn't even that hot, and the thing still crashes all the time. Potential Isssue: the only thing I can think of at this point is the laptop can't handle being upgraded (despite the site stating otherwise when I bought it). The internal monitor does not work after reset. I did a restore to system restore point (did nothing), reset my computer twice (did nothing) and reinstalled all the drivers from the the razer support page (did nothing). It still projects when connecting to an external monitor. It looks like there's still power to the screen (depicted with the shining razer logo on the backside of the screen), and it looks like the screen is still being detected.
