Can this support up to four monitors? or is it only dual?

It only supports two monitors directly connected to the dock as per the product page here:

To support more you could daisy-chain via DisplayPort if you have monitors which support it - this involves connecting monitors to each other and having the compatible monitors extend your display using their hardware. I did that for a bit using a Dell monitor.

That said, given this isn't using a thunderbolt connection and is just using USB-C you might have issues with performance running anything on those screens which has a lot of movement/visuals. USB dock connectivity has usually been designed for use with productivity applications where there isn't a lot of content to render on the external displays - there may be some bottlenecking if you're gaming going through that hub. I've had that issue in the past with USB C Hubs which is resolved by going over thunderbolt as it allows for that rendering to be handled properly.
I make music, usually for Video Games., you can listen to some here if you want I guess?

It should support more laptops of a similar form factor seeing as it can hold all three razer blade models which range from 13, to 15 and 17''. I think it would be weight more than anything, as a stand is a stand!

Also worth noting which USB-C chargeable systems it could support

Compatibility: Designed for laptops up to 17” at the bottom (doesn't specify what brands)

but i guess safe to assume they're built for Razer laptops only
