Love this dock... when I have it connected to my Razer Book 13 dock. No luck getting it working when I use my custom built desktop as the source (Ryzen 9, Asus ProArt B550-Creator MB w/TB4 ports, 64GB RAM) - Anyone have any ideas on how to get it working with my desktop? I'd hate to return it and both Asus/Razer tech support has been no help thus far.

Does anyone know which USB controller is in this thing? I know the Core X Chroma enclosure uses an ASMedia controller, so I'm curious what's in this dock.

It's nice have it for about a two weeks. On weekend will connect two ultrawide monitors (two days ago arrive) yesterday got vesa stands so hope it will be good 🙂

Any ideas when it will be back in stock? Got an email it was back in stock in the early hours and when I woke up it was out of stock again.


UPDATE: I just ordered it from Amazon and it already shipped and will be here Friday.

Yeah unfortunately if you have a power hungry laptop a one cable solution isn't as feasible, two cables isn't so bad though :)


But my plan was to use the dock on my station and the charger stays put in my bag for mobility. I dont have to fix the charger every time I move. In my mind I will have 2 chargers then but... sad life. :frown_:

Its very convenient that it supports both Windows and Mac. Easy to switch for multi OS users.

Yes, it's very nice to see this kind of universal compatibility! Especially for the poor Macbook users

I bought one and is disappointed. I buy anything Razer without reading. My fault. I thought it will eliminate all cables and I will just have 1 thunderbolt 4 cable to my laptop. But behold... I will still need my charger cable. It will not charge my Blade 15 Advanced 2020! So just another expensive thing with color. Could have stick to my 50$ cheap usb-c dock. :rolleyes:

Kind of wish it had a wireless charger built in to the top. Would be wonders for cable clutter.

Will this enable me to connect/power an iPad, mouse, keyboard, and monitor with one cable?
(monitor has a separate power source which will not power ipad)
