Dell XPS 13. The best overall laptop you can buy.
Razer book beats this XPS even it’s equipped with higher clock 1185g7, cooling is power limitation are bad compared to book 13. I’d say it’s great for ultrabook due its small package, best overall “laptop” should also be something with great gpu performance.

Yes according Tim Cook on everytime they release new MacBook. But once it comes to gaming which you are now on that forum, older 2019 5500m MBP16 performs better, not mentioned 5600m or intel cpu that can run bootcamp and gains way better performance on windows. But it’s though the best battery life on a notebook, insanely 20 hours, this should be best battery life category.

Dell XPS 13 2-in-1.
On two in one I’d say Asus flow x13, similar size with xps 2 in 1, but housing up to 3050ti internal and can be paired with up to 3080 mobile 150 watt variant on their proprietary dock. Yes since this’s gaming forum I prefer having dgpu than without.
