Razer Synapse 3 WILL NOT RUN ON MY PC

I've watched all the support videos, waited 2 hours in chat support, reinstalled and deleted all the necessary files, done everything I can to make it work, Razer Synapse 3 refuses to start or work on my PC, PLEASE HELP.

    I have a MacBook and I just bought a new razer mamba mouse just to find out that I cant run the new synapse 3.0 because it isn't available on mac BUT I can run synapse 2.0 but my mouse isn't supported... idk what to do but I want to be able to customize it for my xbox:/
