Mac OS - Razer Synapse 2/3

Unfortunately, there really isn't much information about if or when Synapse 3 will be on Mac OS. One thing is for sure though, the Naga Epic Chroma won't get ported to Synapse 3.

I guess I'd be forced to buy a Naga Trinity, which I would do if we had information on Synapse 3.... so frustrating. Is there a way to use my Huntsman Elite and disable the RGB on Mac OS?

Sorry bud, but there isn't a way to turn off the lighting effects for the Huntsman Elite on Mac OS right now.

Are you (and the OP) referring to Synapse 3 for Windows or the not-yet-released-or-announced Synapse 3 for Mac? I guess the more pertinent question would be: if/when Synapse 3 makes it to Mac OS, should we expect to see the compatibility list be pretty much the same as the current Synapse 3 Beta compatibility list (plus any future peripherals), or do you think there would be a different list for the Mac OS 3 than the Windows version?

There are no plans for a Mac version as of today, so the answer to the "what devices" question would be purely hypothetical and without any weight.

That's the answer. I'm still attempting to contact the Razer development team hoping to address various amounts of bugs about MacOS build of Synapse 2. The lack of support towards MacOS users is ABYSMAL; it took the Razer development team close to 4 months just to make the Synapse software launchable on Mojave AFTER exchanging various amounts of emails with the software support division. Within those emails, several other bug reports were included which are yet to be mended. I find it quite ridiculous as if Razer genuinely doesn't care about customers that use a Linux based operating system; at this point, it's clear that if you (the customer) wishes to adopt one of these products on a MacOS system, the best option would be to use the hardware without the Synapse software due to the lack of optimisation, thermal throttling (which results with the entire system slowing down), software hiccups, every other function failing to work and general lack of interest from the Razer development team furthermore the QA support. Ignoring such issues might result in customers leaving bad reviews/recommending different brands to friends and family. It's clear that macOS wasn't built for gaming; with that being said there are still quite a bit of "macOS gamers"; Steam has 16,000,000 daily logins; 2.66% of that is 425,600 MacOS users per day. Again this is Steam alone. With Apple now pushing Apple Arcade and Google Stadia rising upon us I think that giving the MacOS build a bit more attention would make customers happy which will result with better feedback/recommendations which will lead customers towards purchasing more Razer-branded products thus more in-depth into the Razer ecosystem. I genuinely wish this approach would change within' the near future, I like the Razer ecosystem but I can't keep pouring so much time towards trying to make the hardware work instead of using it.

WOW if Synapse 3 doesn't make it to Mac OS I'm done with razer. Synapse 2 is terribel. Razer, please bring Synapse 3 to Mac.
