Razer nari mic - wired mode

Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Is this your first time using the headset via a wired connection? Have you run a sound troubleshooter on your PC? Does the issue occur while connecting it to a different port in your current PC or to a different PC?

Its not the first time using wired mode and it has never worked, i have tried different port but the mic never works but the sound does

I'm trying to use the mic while its wired and it does not seem to be working??

Just turn your headphones ON when you use wired mode, only after that your mic will work. If your device turned OFF, it will be powering from your PC, but the mic wont work.

Even when the are on it does not pick up the mic
