My Razer Golathius Extended chroma wont light up.
My mouse mat doesn't light up not sure what the issue is I have found that if i plug it into another usb it will light up but then if i turn off my pc and turn it back on it lights up just fine any one have any ideas.

First try to delete profiles in synapse and create new with factory settings if this dont help try to remove all razer softwere then delete files in appdata and programfiles that my stay reboot pc and download new fresh installer for synapse from razer website. Also if still there will be a issue the last thing is remove the mousepad from windows device menager.
