I have a problem with Razer Synapse 2. After opening Synapse I see menu like no razer devices are connected (like on screenshot), but rightclicking Synapse icon in app tray reveals that it can "see" my headphones. Clicking on "Razer Kraken 7.1 V2" button does nothin too. Tech support replied that they no longer support Synapse 2 because it's obsolete. Here you can see typical logs after each launch (file RzCommonConfig_Log.txt) [09/19/22 19:15:35.269][PID8900:TID9956]~DoLogin [09/19/22 19:15:35.269][PID8900:TID9956]~DoInitializeAnalytics [09/19/22 19:15:35.401][PID8900:TID9956] DoUpdatesAvailableCount: 0 [09/19/22 19:15:35.413][PID8900:TID9956]DoDeviceAdded (id:1296) [09/19/22 19:15:35.552][PID8900:TID9956]CP3Instance::ProcessConnectedInstance: Device Kraken 7.1 V2 has Edition info, but unabled to retrieve [09/19/22 19:15:35.552][PID8900:TID9956]CP3Instance::ProcessConnectedInstances: ERROR! Failed to get valid instance info for device I used these headphones on my older PC and configs (at least rgb sttings) are preserved. Is there a way to try to reset settings to "default" or to do smth?
