Hello! I have been using the microphone for 1.5 years A week ago, when connecting, I decided not as usual - "Seiren X", but how - "USB advanced audio device" The sound quality became terrible, many settings in the drivers from Windows became unavailable Having looked for a solution to the problem, I realized, using the example of the same situation with microphones of other manufacturers, that the problem is in flown firmware, and you can solve this by flashing the microphone. How do I get software and firmware file? Thanks in advance!

There is no Razer Seiren X is a plug-and-play device and currently has no available firmware that can be downloaded to fix the audio concern. Try downloading the Intel Driver and Support Assistant and check if it offers the latest firmware for your computer. Did you try activating the AGC (Automatic Gain Control) in the custom panel of your recording devices tab? If you haven't, please go to the Windows sound properties and click the customer tab. Also, check the following steps below:
  • Ensure that your microphone is positioned close to your mouth.
  • Lower the gain of your microphone.
  • Ensure that no fans or air-conditioning units are blowing directly onto your Razer Seirēn X.
  • Use broadcasting software like OBS that comes equipped with plugins to reduce background noise.
