Blackwidow x chroma mercury edition brightness not changing.

Hello, I have a blackwidow chroma mercury edition that I've been using for roughly a year now and I have never had any major issues with it up until now, but in the last couple of days, when i try to turn the brightness down for the backlighting, it seems to glitch out and flash like it's trying to but can't for some reason. This happens whenther i try to use fn + f11 or using the slider in synapse. Any answers shoupd be helpful.

    seems like a internal circuit / hardware issue on the keyboard But try connect to a different PC and install the correct synapse If on different PC is causing same issue, than it is a keyboard issue
