Synapse 3 and Firefly Cloth mousepad bug


I've recently bought firefly cloth mousepad, but synapse detects it as hard edition. Can I fix this somehow?

I assume you have uninstalled and installed Synapse 3?

First try like @Srnity write reinstall the softwere but also remove programfiles and appdata folders that synapse dont delete you can laso remove it from windows device menager to force new driver install if nothing help cheack on difrent pc if you have the same issue there.
