Still can't get usb audio controller to work properly

My previous thread about the problem: Razer Insider | Forum - Latest Synapse update broke my usb audio controller I have done everything that was suggested. I updated the firmware, even uninstalled and reinstalled the Razer Synapse app. I can still control THX Spatial Audio and the mic from the app itself but the USB audio controller just doesn't work. The mute microphone button doesn't function at all and the THX Spatial Audio button is working randomly. Sometimes THX Spatial Audio is enabled from the button while sometimes it doesn't do a thing. And as stated before, this started happening after some Razer software updates and Windows 10 updates. I have tried everything I could think of but I just can't get it to work.
