Don't understand the "new" synapse. How do you make a macro?

I got a Razer Viper to replace my Razer Oroalphabet, which began malfunctioning by randomly freezing up the cursor for 1-5 seconds. The new mouse comes with a new Synapse. This new version doesn't seem to have a "Macro" tab like the old version, and I can't figure out how to create a macro. The Razer Support articles seem to point the user to a "Macro" Tab: https://support.razer.com/articles/1665211671 The tabs after "Profiles" don't exist! How do I create macros??
