Screen Dead on my new Razer Blade 15 i7-9750, 2070 Max Q, 240hz

So I just purchased a 2019 blade 15 mercury white, 240hz, 9750, 2070 max q. One week into using the laptop, I left my computer to go to the other room, come back in to see the screen doesn't work whatsoever. It is mostly black and flickers all over the place (see pictures). There is no "wear and tear" on the laptop as I have unboxed it, put it on my desk, and it hasn't left this position. When I plug an external monitor in and use the fn keys to use the secondary display only, the computer works. It is only on the laptop screen itself that it goes crazy like this. Does this look like something I need to get a refund or send in, or is there some loose wiring fix that can likely be done?

    It's hard to say. Such stripes can either be caused by faulty connection on the mainboard or by external influences. Here something could have come against the top cover. Possibly a blunt object.

    This came in the mail about 10 days ago and it had worked perfectly. Since I have used it nothing has come in contact with it. It has been on my desk and never moved. One morning it randomly started doing this while I was away from the laptop. Does that lead you to believe it is a delayed reaction to being banged around during shipping, or if a wire may have slowly come loose? Is there an easy way to check if it’s just a wiring issue? Thanks for your help!

    Sorry, das sollte keine Unterstellung sein. Hatte es nur vermutet. Natürlich kann so was durch den Transport entstehen. Ich würde es aber sofort Razer melden. Nachher sitzt du auf den Kosten. Sorry, I didn't mean to imply that. I just suspected it. Of course, these things can happen during transport. I'd report it to Razer right now, though. You'll be in the hole when it's over.
