Kraken 7.1 v2 headphones no apps in the mixer

hello community i recently bought a Kraken 7.1 v2 headphones and the apps don't show in the mixer, anyone knows what might be causing this? and it also seems that the EQ settings are not actively nor passively changing the frequencies not any other settings of the synapse application.

    Hi there, @rajaram69! Can you send us a screenshot of the current window where the apps don't show? Have you also tried to unplug and replug the device?
