Blackwidow Elite Product Registration Issue

Good evening, Trying to register my son's new keyboard but it says the Serial Number does not match no matter how many times I type it in correctly. It allowed us to register his mouse but the keyboard will just not go through. Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you
