Razer Blade Pro RZ09-02202E75 is stuck at boot screen NOT BOOT LOOP

Hey, My laptop has been stuck at the boot screen (the screen with the Razer logo in the middle and key prompts in the upper left) for the last week. The BIOS key prompts and all other key prompts are unresponsive. It hasn't sustained any water or impact damage. I've tried unplugging both hard drives, the battery and the cmos battery and I can't get it to boot. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated Thanks Razer Blade Pro 17 i7-700HQ 2.8GHz 16gb 256gb SSD 2TB GTX 1060
