Razer Nari Ultimates mute button has stopped working
So I suddenly found out today that the mute function has stopped working entirely. You know, when you press the button on the cuff, which turns the mic red, you're supposed to be muted. Seemingly for no reason though, this function has stopped working, and I can now always be heard; now all the button does is turn the mic red to no benefit.
Did I do something by accident to disable this feature? How do I get it to work again? Or is the headset a lot more cheaply made than its price would imply, and the part just broke?

This is hardware-related, so it's not something we can fix using a firmware update. Do test the headset on wired mode and manually mute the mic in the options, and check if the problem persists. Either way, we'll have to look into the warranty status of the device. Send me the serial number so I can do just that.
