Audio Mixer - no sound after minimizing games

Hi. I have a problem with my Razer Audio Mixer or Razer Synapse. After minimizing games there is no sound. I only hear my voice through Mic Monitor. And after that I can't turn off/restart my PC without unplugging the USB cable from Audio Mixer.
