Bought the Razer Electra v2 registrated on Razer Surround but didnt got a Activating code

I bought the Razer Electra v2 a few days ago, now i got it today but i cant get the Razer surrounding pro cause i dont got a activating code. I registrated my headset in razer surround but i still dont got a activatings code.
