Razer Tartarus V2 gaming issue

Hi, I own a Tartarus V2 pro, it was working great for the first week of playing New World, but now only half the keys actuate when pressing the one main keys are the W, A, S and D for movement, all the top row work Q and R work but no others. I have reset the keys back to the Razer default and tried setting the keys up again, have also created a new profile, and I still have the same issue, this only happens with New World, all other games the Tartarus works fine. It would be great if there is fix for this.

    Have you tried reinstalling the game? Is it possible for you to play New World on another computer using your Tartarus V2 and check if it behaves the same? Do send me the serial number of your device via PM. That way, I can use it to look into possible solutions. Let's take it from there. I'll lock this thread now.
