How to get warranty support for U.K. bought headphones
I’m trying to contact customer service from the UK as a set of headphones I bought from Amazon less than 12 months ago have lost all sound. Can anyone help point me in the right direction as I’ve raised 2 tickets on the website form but suspect it may be a US contact form as have had no reply other than the automated email from
Razer to say I should hear in 24 hours.
