Synapse Not Finding Mouse Dock

Morning all. I've been having a curious issue with my setup. To begin with, this is concerning a managed, networked, work laptop and there is nothing I can do about the OS version and build on it. It's a Microsoft Surface Pro (Gen 5). The issue that I'm having is that, while my Goliathus pad and Viper Ultimate mouse are recognized in Synapse, the Viper's charging dock is not. I've gone through several sessions with support already on this and ended up going full reset - deleted synapse, deleted all Razer products in device manager, erased registry keys, purged program files in C:/, everything. Did a cold reinstall as administrator, updated, tried again from square one. Interestingly, the dock is identified initially in synapse. But as soon as I connect the mouse, the dock disappears as an accessory. Not sure where the issue is here. I'm wondering if there is some limitation on my system for USB controller devices. Any thoughts?
