LAST NIGHT I BOUGHT RAZER KRAKEN TE FOR MY MOBILE GAMING.I THOUGHT EVERYTHINGS WORKS PERFECTLY BUT WHEN I TURN ON INGAME MICROPHONE, ALL SOUNDS COMES FROM MY IPHONE X SPEAKER AND NOT FROM MY HEADPHONE.CAN YOU GUYS HELP ME TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM??? IM NOT USING PC...JUST BUY THIS HEADPHONE FOR MY MOBILE GAMING

    This highly likely have something to do with the AUX/Lightning splitter you're using. To test, please plug the headset into a PC or a phone with a 3.5mm jack. Let me know how that goes.
