Basilisk ultimate dongle missing

I just won an amazing water cooled gaming PC including all the peripherals. When the people organizing this prize draw came by to give me all the stuff they accidentally took the USB dongle of the razer basilisk ultimate with them because they mistook it for one of their USB sticks. When I reached out for them they told they were overseas and couldn't send it within the next 3 months. After that they might not even be able to find that little piece. My question now is, if it is possible to get a replacement dongle to get this $200 mouse working?! o_O The cable wasn't there either, all the other stuff was still mint in box, but they needed to open the package of the mouse when instaling windows.
