OTP PROBLEM


Ive been trying to purchase some mobile legends diamonds using razor gold, but i never receive the OTP to confirm the purchase. Sometimes i receive some OTPs but they are already invalid.

Hi ThePlayeristGamerist, Please try performing the transaction again later or at a different location or contact your telco provider and check your connections. I also suggest that you may generate, keep a copy and use the backup codes, if you frequently facing SMS OTP arrived late and has expired or never received it at all. If you're also facing issues to access the backup code page as it required the SMS OTP, kindly submit a ticket to Razer Gold Support Team. Hello ive already tried all of those. Unfortunately, i cannot use the backup codes because it also requires an OTP to gain access to the settings and enable it.

As the OTP is not supplied by them directly, it may depend on the third-party services as well. Request them to reset your OTP as well once they replied to your ticket. :smile_:
