Razer Chroma ARGB Controller is not detecting my cpu cooler.

I got a new CPU cooler with ARGB lights, as my motherboard didn't have any ARGB header I got Razer Chroma ARGB controller, but it's not detecting the ARGB cooler, when clicked on refresh button to detect, the cooler light glows green in cycle pattern and turns off and then a message appears on screen that no ARGB device is detected, the cooler is Alseye W90

Check for firmware updates in the Razer Synapse software, and confirm that the cooler is compatible with the controller. Try resetting the controller by unplugging it for a few seconds, and if possible, test it with another ARGB device to see if it detects that.
