So i had this problem while gaming when i was playing unturned i noticed when i was on a steam call My buddy coudn't hear me i had to go set my out put and in put to default again so yeah that is annoying I have checked the cable it was alright no scratch I've used all my pc USB ports I did multiple tutorials I've re installed i though that the THX audio was the problem but no I saw when i was on Synapse 3 that it disconnected it and re connect I have my synapse also updated I don't know what do:frown_: Please help meeeeee

Hi, I'm having a similiar problem with my Kraken Ultimate headset as well. I sent a warranty request 4/21 and haven't heard back (yet). I'm sure things are busy but I'm trying to troubleshoot things myself... My problem is the sound and mic input cut off completely while in game (usually). I also noticed my Synapse 3.0 Studio set lighting effect cuts off and then turns back on when audio input/output return. I thought it was a hardware issue with the headset so I sent in a request for that. I also reinstalled the drivers, Razer programs, etc. and the problem still persists. I also disabled Chroma Apps so programs can't hijack Synapse 3.0.... I'm not sure what the problem is anymore. The only thing consistent is when I move the headset wire around and it somehow fixes itself, but it just might be my mind playing tricks. Please help!

Exactly the same to me! We need help please! Also formmated my PC re install the drivers nothing...
