Huge performance drop on battery, Blade 17 '21

Hello, I recently upgrade my Razer Blade 17from windows 10 and 11, and I notice this problem. When I plug my laptop in with the charger, the performance like everything is smooth such as opening apps is fast, interface smooth. But once I unplug my laptop and use it, the performance drop massively, like I'm not using the same laptop. The interface is super laggy, opening apps pretty slow making it unusable. Is it just me experiencing this problem and is there any solution to this? Please I need help. I set everything such as the performance, the minimum processor state, no help at all and still the same. I'm using wallpaper engine and transclucent TB, and that's not the problem Try to disable it, still the same. I even tried asking Microsoft community and feedback, but none of the replies are helpful. I put the video on a google drive link to show the problem in google drive (Not a scam link!!) These are the specs of my laptop : Razer Blade 17 Mid 2021, FHD 360Hz Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable) GPU Intel UDH Graphics & Nvidia RTX 3070 Laptop GPU System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor I'm using the Nvidia Optimus or integrated. Force using dedicared graphics gives a really smooth interface even when unplugged, but it’s consuming alot of power and loud fan noise. And note my brother have the 2022 Blade 15 i9, and I look at his performance is smooth even when his laptop is unplugged unlike mine.
