Hammerhead True wireless 2nd gen audio issues

Hi, I've just gotten some Hammerhead TW 2nd Gen Ear buds for Xmas. When I connect them to my phone the audio quality is superb however, when I connect them to my laptop the audio quality is shocking, tinny and the volume is mixed. Earbuds: P/N - RZ12-03820100-R3G1 My laptop: MSI Raider GE76 (2021) 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz Bluetooth 5.2 I'm running windows 11(so I cant download the razer audio software). I have Nahimic audio software installed which came pre downloaded, which helps minimal when tweaking setting but still not great. I've tried downloading the THX SPATIAL AUDIO however isn't compatible with windows 11. Any ideas on how to fix the issue?

Issue fixed by updating bluetooth driver via: Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® for Windows® 10 and Windows 11
