Hi fellows, one question is bothering me for quite some time.
WHΛT IS THΞ DΞFINITION OF Λ RΞΛL GΛMΞR?
I have seen and heard various statements about the meaning of the word gamer, though most of the people, including some of my friends considered that playing games was just a part of the childhood, and that when you get to have a job and girlfriend, gaming slowly dies. It's not my case tho, i love to play games, i still do and i don't feel any shame about it instead i am quite proud about it. So even if i don't like all the games out there, i still appreciate the idea of gaming, of playing together with other people. I don't know how to say it, there are just things that feel good, like the endless rages you get, sleepless nights and so on. But personal. i think i have a more accurate definition for gamers. Gaming is a way of living, a lifestyle, if you're truly into gaming nothing should get in your way, at some point or another, you'll always find time to play.

I agree. Once a gamer, forever a gamer. It doesn't really matter what kind of games you play. As you play a game and you find time to play it every week, you are a qualified gamer! However, bear in mind that you also need to take care of your health when playing games. Only with a good health condition, you can be good in games live up the name as a gamer longer!
For me gammer is person who love play games/game it's a passion that ispire to be better even in real live :)

Sell their unused gears to gamer with gamer price (for gamer by gamer lol:smile_:). Today just sold my rarely being used Predator 1440p g sync almost half price, Since I play more often on 4K non competitive. He’s apparently earning some bucks from fortnite, i like seeing him enjoying Division 2 on test @1440p 100fps since his current monitor is 1080p 60Hz.

To me, a gamer is someone who likes a good challenge and is always interested in "what if." I took so much shit for being a nerd growing up, but I didn't care because I knew what was cool from a young age.
Whether it's Warhammer 40K, Battlefield, Overwatch, or Hello Kitty: Island Adventure, everyone has a place.

To me a gamer is someone who is mechanically skilled whilst loving the game they're playing. Whilst I am not mechanically skilled at games, I enjoy the adrenaline fuelled gameplay and competitive feeling.
Unless you're a third partying and double teaming tryhard, then no. I don't consider that being a gamer, I consider that plain toxic. Change my mind.
I think that is very well so. But i am also experiencing that when i got a job and a girlfriend i stoped gaming as much as i used to do. But i like it still as much, but there are now thing that i like a little bit more. But in my opinion when you were a gamer at some point in your life it stays with you.
I feel a gamer is just someone who likes and enjoys playing games in any setting. A plus would be making someone's day while you game be it a simple "good game!" compliment after each round.
[LEFT]I think a lot of gaming peripheral companies use the term "gamer" as a target audience that they can sell products to. It's all about making people seem included into a group by giving them a characteristic they can be proud of, therefore identifying themselves with other gamers. I think it gets really dumb when some people decide that the title of "gamer" isn't enough, and they have to add more layers of self-identification to feel more unique.

Truth is, It doesn't matter what game you play or how dedicated you are at playing it.
As a teenager I grind CS:GO a lot. I dedicate precious time and giving tons of effort to insure that I'm a better player than I was yesterday. Do my efforts and sacrifices make me a "real gamer"? I for one don't need that title to make myself feel better. I don't think that playing a game with a high skill ceiling and difficulty curve makes me a "real gamer". if anything I find it cringy.
Simply stated, "real" or fake", under any and all categorizations and definitions we give ourselves,
