Help needed! Please Connect A Razer Synapse Enabled Device


Hi guys, I just bought a Razer Basilisk v2 mouse this morning. I'm having an issue when I go back and try to connect the mouse with my Mac. The Razer Synapse says 'Please Connect A Razer Synapse Enabled Device' when my mouse has connected to my MacBook Pro. Has someone encounter this issue? Please help. Thanks!
