Game profile switching doesn't work

Hi all, I've had the synapse application installed for the last 2.5 years and during that time the automatic switching of keybind at game start has worked for maybe 4-5 months in total. I almosta always have to manually select the profile. Now, since this is not a new application, there must be an identified way to get this to work more systematically. Any ideas? Is there a list of preconditions, a correct way to set this up or is this one of the most instable softwares there are out there? Thanks

    synapse works well but the user can unintentionally harm the operation.

    OK, how can one ensure not to harm it's operation? That would be helpful to know. I've not done anthing other than maybe install another game or two and when a new nvidia driver are released thats something that I would update. No, for me, synapse are not working well. If there are mutiple ways to unknowingly harm an applications operation, it's not a wery robust application... Please, if there are someone out there that actually have a suggestion that I could use to get the automatic switching of profiles to work then I would be grateful for some hints here.

    yes, it is an official tool.https://rzr.to is an official razer host. but the devs should create a clean install option on synapse as it would solve 80% of the problems that users seek to solve here on the forum.

    Why do we need to download separate tool to uninstall software which has uninstall capabilities? what the actual fk, razer?

    Yeah.. I just used this tool and synapse don’t see my tartarus. So tired of trying to make razer devices work.
