Synapse 3.0 Stopped Working


The Synapse 3.0 seems to have stopped working and will not recognize my Cynosa Chroma anymore. I've tried to uninstall it and had to do the whole registry clean out steps. I was able to install 2.0, but that version will not recognize the keyboard. Trying to install 3.0 it just spins. It seemed to start the past couple of weeks.. Any ideas?

Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Synapse 3.0's concern here. Please check under the Windows device manager if there are duplicate drivers from your device under Keyboards, Human Interface Devices, Mice and other pointing devices, and USB controllers. Should you see a copy aside from the keyboard section, please uninstall it then restart your computer. Let me know if it helps.

Thanks Speed. After uninstalling and removing the folder several times it finally started working again.
