Blackwidow v3 Stuck in demo mode

I have tried every combination to get out of demo mode in every usb port on my laptop and pc. They did not work. Is there a specific time after it's plugged in that I have to release them? I have tried releasing the keys immediately after and as soon as the rgb effects kicked in and neither worked. Sometimes every key but 'w' works, while most of the time none of the keys work. Sometimes when I release the keys it stays purple, or only when I press a key it lights up green, or it starts out with a rainbow rgb effect then switches to the green thing when I press a key then switches back to rainbow rgb. When I release the keys when it starts lighting up it turns purple and only 'w' works. When I release the keys as soon as it's plugged in it is either the green or rainbow one and none of the keys work. Please help!!
