Dragon Nest Promotional Event failure

So the promo runs from May 16 to May 31, 2019, wherein every time you use Razer Gold as means of payment to buy in game currency in Dragon Nest Mobile gives you a VOUCHER/WELFARE code to be redeemed inside the game, However, for the following transaction IDs/purchases I have made, I did not receive a code, I have submitted a ticket (Ticket ID: *deleted for security purposes*), for which they are replying but I dont think they understood what I was saying. Here are the list of transaction IDS WITHOUT Dragon Nest Voucher Codes *deleted for security purposes* Please look into my concern. Thank you
