Blade 15 advanced windows screen

it was the first time that took out of the box my new blade 15 after choose the region and keyboard input I connect it with my wireless network and It has just stuck at the windows screen “just a moment” the cursor is moving but nothing else is happening. Can anyone help?

    Are you able to skip the process of connecting wirelessly? Are you still having the same issue? Send me the serial number of your Razer Blade through PM and let's continue from there.

    Finally wasn’t stuck the reason was I log in in my OneDrive account so it took longer to set up my new blade that until now it is an awesome machine!!

    Great! Yeah, it seems that it loads everything first on your Blade for the first time that's why it took longer. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any issues with your Blade. *Locking thread now.
