Streamer Companion App Does not Install!
Hello I just bought my Razer Seiren Emote mic. I installed Razer Synapse, also verified my product. Then I tried to install the Streamer Companion App in order to add an emote to my mic, but that did not work. The installation page keeps closing and the app does not install. I tried everything but no. I does not work. Do I have to be a streamer to use emotes or something? I don't know. Can someone help me please?

Babydoll123Are you using a personal computer and connected to a home network? Have you performed clear browsing/clear cache on the browser where you are trying to download the Streamer Companion App? Make sure that your anti-virus or firewall is not blocking any Razer-related files or apps. Also, ensure run all available Windows updates and install the latest Windows .NET Framework. Let me know if it helps.
