Activation Code for Surround 7.1 Lost

I recently purchased two Kraken - Mercury's. I have used one and set it up correctly used the code inside and all was correct. I have gone to activate the surround 7.1 on the second set that was being used by a friend. We don't have the product box with the serial code to raise a ticket through the website support. I do have proof of purchase , what do I need to do to get a new code?

Do you still have to code that came with the other headset? Please send me the serial number of your device along with the photo of your scratch code via PM. I can use it to check on this and assist you accordingly. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
