Razer Cynosa Fn Key

Alright so I just bought the Razer Cynosa Chroma and I love it. My only problem with the keyboard so far is that when I press the fn key, only certain keys light up; I know this is supposed to happen, but the entire top row of the keyboard with the exception of the print screen and scroll lock keys light up. What I want is to be able to have the entire top row including the print screen and scroll lock keys light up together as I think it would look much better than having two random keys just blank in the middle of all the others. I tried to see if I could remap the fn key to set up a custom chroma studio but Razer Synapse 3.0 does not allow for remapping of the fn key. My question is, is it possible to change the default chroma settings the fn key has been assigned?
