Synapse Temporarily Loses all Profiles and Will Only Load Default

Once a week or so, Synapse (latest 3.4.604.xx) will stop responding to macros and when I take a look, all my profiles have disappeared and only the default profile will load. Freaked me out the 1st time it occurred, but a system reboot seems to solve it and restore all profiles. Anyone else experiencing this?

    Just to make sure that we're on the same page, did you mean Synapse was working the first few minutes or hours then profiles suddenly stops working? Or does it happen only after a fresh app launch?
