Razer Synapse 2 not finding ornata chroma profiles on my computer

So, I downloaded some chroma profiles for my razer ornata chroma from the razer chroma workshop website. I downloaded them but, when I prees import on Synapse 2 it won't find the profiles in the documents section. Any help???

    There is a chance you downloaded Synapse 3 profiles for your keyboard, Synapse 2 profiles are a .razerchroma file, and Synapse 3 profiles are a .ChromaEffects file. The ornata is also supported on Synapse 3, so you can download that here and you will be able to use Synapse 3 profiles (.ChromaEffects) profiles on there.

    Have not used Synapse 2 in quite a while, so i'll move your thread over to the support section to get a response from a support agent ;).
