Razer Raiju Ultimate BT lag unplayable

I received the Raiju Ultimate today. The sw version is 1.1 but with the bluetooth mode is unplayable ... as a gamepad of 200 € work worse than a standard gamepad of 60 € ... I find it really strange and unacceptable ... if in these 14 days not I resend I make the return.

    Guys please stop dealing with the issue in PM. We're all suffering from this debacle and would actually like to see how this is fixed openly rather than behind closed doors. I can't understand how this controller has such issues inspite of your reputation - it's why I gave Razer the benefit of the doubt and spent crazy money on a controller. Don't think I've ever felt so disappointed (with exception to one christmas when I was 8yo and didn't get Optimus Prime but my brother did ........... )
