Can't open Synapse 3.

I know a lot of people have this problem, but I don't see many people have the same exact type of problem as mine. When I run Synapse 3 as admin, a window pops up saying something along the lines of "Razer Synapse Service Process has stopped working" and an application error along with a text saying "The exception unknown software exception (0xe0434352) occured in the application location at 0x76bd5608". Tried a lot of things in other posts and in reddit as well, it doesn't seem to be working for me. Also, Synapse 3 has never run properly before and there are no logs I can find in the Razer folder for Synapse 3. Also, Synapse 2 has been unreliable as well, because the Mouse I want to tweak with is the DeathAdder Elite Overwatch Edition I received as a Christmas gift from a friend who bought it with her account. Hoping someone can help me fix this. Thank you.

Have you tried doing a clean reinstall of Synapse?
