Razer mamba mouse suddenly stops moving but can click

When Im about to finish the anime I've been watching my mouse suddenly stops moving. I tried updating my driver, deleting it then reinstalling it. i tried cleaning the sensor with buds and alchohol. Still wont work. I also tried plugging it on my laptop and it doesnt work either. Other mouse works on both my laptop and computer but the razer mamba has lights, all the buttons work it just doesnt move. I hope you can help. I never drop it just so you know it.

Have you installed Razer Synapse on your computer? If so, try to uninstall the app to isolate the issue. Let us know how it goes.
