Razer Nari Ultimate Discord Sound Issue

So when I enter a voice call on Discord Windows app, all sounds will be muted if I set the Discord output to "Razer Nari Ultimate - Chat". The only workaround it is if I set the setting on Discord's output to "Default". Then and only then will I have sound coming from my game, Discord & Spotify etc. But with that setting I can't make use of the slider on the left earcup to balance out the chat and game audio. Currently my Windows default sound is the "THX Spatial Surround Sound", the default communications sound is the "Razer Nari Ultimate - Chat" sound output. If I set the default sound to "Razer Nari Ultimate - Game" there will be no sound. Communications settings have been set to "do nothing" when I am on a call in Windows settings. I have reinstalled Synapse 3 and Discord multiple times. Discord support said it's an issue with Razer and not them. Has anyone else experienced this before? What's the fix for it? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

This feature did actually work! But too bad it broke with me as well... I think something happened when updated Windows, Discord or the Razer app. The bad thing is that I don't know what happened...

Hey guys, i just got mine pair today and having the same issue, but I plugged it directly to my motherboard. Any suggestions? Ive tried to updating its firmware but i need to connect it with usb cable to pc and when i do it, the installer doesnt recognize that, in wich case i cant update it
