Razer Huntsman TE won't switch color profiles with macro keys.

I have a Razer Huntsman TE keyboard and for a week now I haven't been able to switch color profiles with the macro keys (fn + menu key). When I attempt to do so it pops out the notification at the bottom with the new profile's name it is supposed to switch to, and it appears in Razer Synapse as well that the profile is changed, but the keys itself don't change colors unless I manually do it through the dropdown menu in Razer Synapse. I have tried removing all stored profiles on the on-memory as well as reinstalling the software with no luck.

I recently purchased a Hunstman standard keyboard. I too have the same issues you described with (fn + menu key) not working.

I don't know it actually sucks balls, I paid a sum of money for this keyboard and after weeks of back and forth emails with technical support they recreated the issue on their end but were like "We don't know how to fix it".
